Gate staff point any Android phone at a ticket. Under half a second later they get one of three full-screen answers they can read from arm's length.

• ValidSignature checks out and the ticket hasn't been used. Admit the guest.
• Already usedReal ticket, already scanned. Shows the time, gate and staff member.
• InvalidScreenshot edits and counterfeits fail the Ed25519 signature check.
• Offline modeTicket keys live on the device, so the gate never stops when the network does.

Two gates, both offline? If the same ticket is scanned at Gate A and Gate B before either syncs, the first check-in wins on sync and the second gate's supervisor gets a conflict alert with both timestamps.
